This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Lean Cuisine, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HonestlyGood #ad http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO
I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that a lot of times my lunches resemble a kid’s meal. Chicken nuggets, hot dogs, peanut butter & jelly, mac & cheese…yes I know…these are all awesome choices. In trying to take a step in a healthier direction and act like a grown up, I headed to Target and stocked up on a few of the new Honestly Good Lean Cuisine frozen meals.
No excuses. This is the easiest meal EVER to make for myself. PLUS, it’s a healthy option full of great protein and yummy veggies.
Lean Cuisine Honestly Good Meals features six different varieties including: Honey Citrus Chicken, Lemongrass Salmon, Pineapple Black Pepper Beef, Plum Ginger Grain-Crusted Fish, Pomegranate Chicken, Roasted Red Pepper Chicken.
They are full of 100% all natural, wholesome ingredients with a sauce you can add yourself {I LOVE that because frankly sometimes I think frozen meals can be a tad sauce heavy}.
And, GET THIS! Lean Cuisine, together with their farmers, is donating a portion of their veggies to local communities. How awesome is that?!
The directions are super easy to follow and the entire meal took less than 5 minutes to cook.
Fortunately on this day, both boys were napping and this mommy got a moment to herself. Just me, my yummy Honey Citrus Chicken Honestly Good Lean Cuisine, some fresh grapes, and mason jar full of sweet tea…
…a dinosaur, Lightning McQueen, and Mater.

Mmm…I tried the pomegranate chicken one and it was so delicious! My store didn’t have the other varieties yet, but hopefully they soon will!

I feel like all my mommy moments involve toys of some kind…picking them up, playing with them, disinfecting them, haha! Thanks for stopping by!!
