This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Cottonelle, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #CottonelleTarget http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO.
I’m picky about two things. Well, I’m sure I’m picky about more than two things, but these two things came to mind right now, so I’m going to go with it!
1. My peanut butter must always be creamy {no chunky pb in this house}, and it should always be Jif, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
2. Our toilet paper will always and only be Cottonelle. It’s the best. Hands down. End of story. I always buy ours at Target because not only is Cottonelle the best, but Target is the best too!
Not only is Cottonelle toilet paper the best choice for all your bathroom needs {and I’ll leave that comment at that}, you can use the cardboard roll after the tp is all gone for some pretty fun crafts and projects. I like to save ours and whip them out for rainy day fun with my toddler every once in a while.
This month, we used our Cottonelle Triple Roll cardboard tubes to make some super cute Toddler Pumpkin Art!
The process is VERY simple. I will say that I had other visions for this project, but love how the results turned out in the end.
To make your own pumpkin art, you’ll need:
Cottonelle Triple Roll cardboard tubes
orange paint
white cardstock
blank frame
washi tape {I went with black and white patterns}
cutting machine {to cut your pumpkin silhouette}
black fine tip pen
Now, originally, I had planned for my little guy to stamp using the cardboard tube {as seen in the photo above on the very bottom sheet of cardstock}. Well, his little two year old mind didn’t want to do that {the stamped one was mine}. Instead, he used his cardboard tube as a paint brush and just painted to his little heart’s content.
So, I went with it. After all, it’s his creation I want to remember, not my own.
So once it dried {and boy did it take a while because he used a lot of paint}, I cut a pumpkin silhouette with my Cricut, sized it to a 5 x 7 frame, and popped the orange painting he created behind the silhouette.
I also added some black and white washi tape to my frame since it was just plain old silver.
And to make sure I remember when he made it, I added his name and the month and year to the white of the cardstock!
I have visions of future painting projects with our Cottonelle Triple Roll cardboard tubes.
Christmas trees, snowmen, hearts….oh my!!
And guess what? Target has an AWESOME offer right now. If you buy Cottonelle Triple Roll 12 pack or larger, you get a FREE box of Kleenex while supplies last. You know you need toilet paper and you might as well pick up some free Kleenex while you’re at it!

So cute! I love that you let him go his own way with it! What good are the memories if they weren’t what our little ones really wanted to make with it?!! It looks adorable finished. Gotta agree with your #2 but couldn’t disagree more with #1. Chunky all the way!!

Haha, maybe I should give chunky a try again in my adult life. I haven’t had it since I was little. Never backing down on my Cottonelle though!! 🙂
