This weekend we celebrated this little boy’s second birthday!
It feels like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital and changing his diapers…lots and lots of diapers!
Now, I realize that he’s still young, but he’s shown some interest in potty training. AND, I’m told, that when a kid shows some interest in that particular event, you jump on it. So, we’ve bought a little potty and encourage him all the time if he mentions wanting to use it. He has yet to actually “go” on it, but if he wants to start practicing, I won’t stop him!!
When we start fully potty training, I’m definitely going to be using Goodnites Bed Mats and Goodnites Bed Time Underwear.
We’ve already used the Goodnites Bed Mats several times, mostly over night. Since my son is sleeping through the night for usually for 10-12 hours, his diapers sometimes leak. When those leaks do occur, I feel better knowing that his bedding and mattress are protected with Goodnites Bed Mats.

It’s amazing how much these products help with potty training. My boys had the hardest time staying dry throughout the entire night!

Whoa. I can’t believe the mats hold soooo much liquid! That is really good to know! I will definitely be trying out the mats when we switch to sleeping in underwear soon 🙂

I wish they had these years ago. It is so worth it to have a happy kid that’s not worried about something they cannot control yet! I’m so glad they’ve come out with so many great solutions so our little ones don’t feel bad. 🙂
Seems like a no-brainer for Moms with kids who are potty training! Thankful these are around for when I have kiddos of my own.
