Wow!  My first series is a month old now!  On to {favorite pins friday #4}…

Here’s what I’ve been pinning lately!

These Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Cookie Dough “Frosting” look DE-LISH!  I bet I could probably just eat the frosting by itself.  And how cute is the name of this blog…”Give Me Some Oven”….love it!  I have so many sweets recipes that I’m excited to try this summer.  This one may have just bumped itself up to the top!

I’ve got red, white, and blue on my mind lately, for two reasons.  Of course, in preparation for the 4th of July and also for my little guy’s first birthday party.  I love the simplicity of these star topiaries and think they would not only be super easy to make, but add a perfect touch of red, white, and blue to the decor of the party!

I L.O.V.E. this coffee cozy tutorial.  I think these would make a perfect gift paired with Starbucks gift card perhaps?!  You could keep a couple in your car for those impromptu coffee runs as well.

Fabric banners add such a sweet touch to any party decor.  I’ve found the perfect red, white, and blue fabric to use for a birthday banner and plan to use this tutorial to create mine!

I’m definitely on a sewing kick, especially if it involves using my new sewing machine!  I cannot wait to find some awesome fabric to make one of these super cute camera strap covers!  This would be a lot cuter than my Canon strap!
